WordTheatre LA is recently launched a program this past August at Berendo Middle School in Los Angeles. This program will bring our authors and actors into some of California’s toughest schools to build excitement for an 8-week writing workshop, which will get the students reading their own stories at a second assembly, which will be their showcase event. The goal is to ignite a whole new generation of literature fans!
